House clearance with RLE Waste Clearance works in six steps: send photos and your postcode, get a price by load size, book a day, and a two-person crew loads the truck and takes everything away. Prices run from £60 to £360 plus VAT, with loading time, transport and disposal included, and the price is agreed before anything is booked.

How house clearance works, in six steps
You can get a price from photos alone, without anyone coming round to look first.

Step 1
Send photos and your postcode
Send a few photos of everything that's going, with your postcode, on WhatsApp to 07534 244774, or call 020 8611 2586 or fill in the quote form.
The photos are what we price from, so the more we can see, the closer the price. Show us:
- Everything that is going, from a step back so we can see the size of the pile
- Anything heavy, such as rubble, soil or bricks
- Fridges, TVs and mattresses, which have their own charges
- The route to the truck: stairs, lifts, narrow paths or a long carry
- Where we could park

Step 2
We price it by load size
We match your photos to one of 13 load sizes, from £60 plus VAT for the minimum load to £360 plus VAT for a full truck, and add any extra items.
Heavy loads of rubble or soil are priced by weight instead.
You get the price before anything is booked, and you're under no obligation to go ahead.

Step 3
Book a day
We work 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, so tell us when suits you and we'll find a slot.
Book before 12pm and the job's done the same day.
If there's a deadline, such as a tenancy ending or a sale completing, say so when you book.

Step 4
Before we arrive
You don't have to carry anything outside, but it helps to mark anything that's staying so it doesn't go on the truck by mistake.
Tell us about any parking restrictions or access codes before the day.
If you can't be there, we can work from keys left with a neighbour or an agent. Agree that with us when you book.

Step 5
On the day
Our two-person crew does all the lifting, carrying and loading, then drives your rubbish away for disposal.
The loading time for your load size is in the price. If loading runs past that time, extra labour is £30 plus VAT per 30 minutes.
We only charge for the rubbish we actually take.
RLE Waste Clearance is an upper tier waste carrier, CBDU175566, which you can check on the GOV.UK waste carrier register (external site).

Step 6
Pay and you are done
You pay once the job is done, by card, cash, bank transfer or company cheque.
You get a receipt and a waste transfer note for every job, household or business.
We don't take personal cheques. Businesses can be invoiced, and regular commercial customers can ask for an account, subject to credit checks.

One load costs less than two. If you can clear everything on one visit, it works out cheaper than booking two smaller loads.

A clearance with RLE Waste Clearance works in six steps. You send photos and your postcode, the job is priced by load size, and you book a day. Before the day, you mark anything that's staying. On the day the two-person crew loads the truck and takes everything away, and you pay once the job is done.
How long a clearance takes depends on the load size, because each size with RLE Waste Clearance comes with its own loading time, from 5 minutes for the minimum load to 60 minutes for a full truck. A single sofa is quick, while a whole house can be more than one truck. The expected time comes with your price.
You don't always need to be there for a clearance with RLE Waste Clearance. The crew can work from keys left with a neighbour or an agent, as long as what's going has been agreed before the day. If you can be there, you can check the job as it goes, and marking anything that's staying stops it going on the truck by mistake.
The things RLE Waste Clearance cannot take are chemicals and clinical waste, because they need a specialist contractor. Asbestos that has already been removed can go if you tell us about it first. Almost everything else from a home, garden or business can go, including fridges, TVs and mattresses at their own charges. If you're not sure about an item, send a photo on WhatsApp to 07534 244774 and ask before you book.
Lofts, upper floors and flats without a lift are all cleared by RLE Waste Clearance, and the two-person crew does the carrying. If stairs or a long walk mean loading runs past the time in the price, extra labour is £30 plus VAT per 30 minutes, and that is included in your price when the photos show it.
Nothing needs sorting or bagging before RLE Waste Clearance arrives. Point out what you're keeping and the two-person crew loads the rest as it is, loose items, furniture and boxes together. If there's anything from the extra items list, such as a fridge, a mattress or paint, mention it with your photos so the price covers it.
Payment to RLE Waste Clearance is made once the job is done, by card, cash, bank transfer or company cheque, and businesses can be invoiced. Every job, household or business, comes with a receipt and a waste transfer note. The waste transfer note records what was taken and who took it, so keep it with your records in case anyone asks where the waste went.
Rubbish from more than one room goes on the same truck with RLE Waste Clearance and is priced as one load. A bedroom, a garage and a pile of garden waste make one job, not three, so clearing them in one visit costs less than booking each one separately.
