Who carries things down from the loft and out of the back garden?

Is a skip practical on the Progress Estate's curving roads?
The Progress Estate is short terraces on curving roads, and it's a conservation area with an Article 4 direction. A skip on the road there, as anywhere in Royal Greenwich, has to come from a council-approved skip company and be smaller than 3m by 2m. A skip on your own drive needs no licence, if you have the room for one.
