Rubbish removal in Epsom

A rubbish removal price in Epsom from RLE Waste Clearance includes two crew who carry and load everything, the loading time for that load size, the drive from Chislehurst and the disposal. Nothing is added for the distance, and any parking charge on the day is ours to pay. A mattress adds £10 plus VAT and a domestic fridge £60 plus VAT, and the price list shows all 13 load sizes.

Epsom & Ewell Council would charge £111.05 to collect a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a chair and up to five sacks, because that counts as five items. Its bulky collection runs from £55.50 for up to 3 items to £222.10 for 10 to 12 (2026/27 fees (external site)). RLE Waste Clearance prices the same room by the space it takes in the truck, with the carrying done for you.

Five refuse sacks count as one item on Epsom & Ewell's bulky collection, so ten bags use up two of your item slots. Everything has to be at your front boundary by 6.30am, and the fee isn't refunded. We don't count bags at all: they go in the same load as the furniture, and the crew picks them up from wherever they are, including the back garden or the loft. Our minimum load holds about 10 bin bags.

Rubble and DIY waste from an Epsom refit go in a load like any other rubbish, and heavy mixed waste such as rubble and soil is £360 plus VAT for up to 15 cubic yards or 1,200kg. Epsom & Ewell's bulky collection refuses rubble, soil and iron baths, so the council can't help there. Kitchen and bathroom rip-out covers the old units and suites, and builders' waste the bagged debris.

Thick branches that Epsom & Ewell's garden waste bin won't take, anything over 7.5cm, go in a load with us, along with hedge cuttings and turf. An Epsom house can be cleared while you're away, as long as we can get in and know what's going. A key safe, a key left with a neighbour or an estate agent letting us in all work. Mark anything staying, send photos of each room, and we'll confirm the price before the crew starts. You pay on completion by card, cash, bank transfer or company cheque.

A skip licence is only needed in Epsom when a skip goes on the road: Surrey County Council issues it, and only registered skip companies can apply (Surrey skip permits (external site)). A collection from RLE Waste Clearance needs no licence, because the truck loads from your drive or the kerb and leaves once the loading is done. Any parking charge on the day is ours to pay.

Ewell and the rest of KT17, KT18 and KT19 are covered at the same prices as Epsom town centre and everywhere else RLE Waste Clearance works. Nothing is added for the drive from Chislehurst, there's no travel surcharge, and no parking fee or fine is passed on to you.
