How does commercial waste removal work?
Commercial waste removal with RLE Waste Clearance is priced per collection, whether it's a one-off or a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly pickup: two people load the waste and take it away, and you pay for the space it takes in the truck. Heavy loads of rubble and soil are £360 plus VAT for up to 1,200kg.
That suits a shop refit, an office clear-out, a pub cellar or a rental flat between tenants, as well as businesses that build up waste week after week. Every collection comes with a waste transfer note and a receipt, and businesses can be invoiced. Send a photo and the postcode on WhatsApp (07534 244774) and we'll confirm the price before we come. Book before 12pm and the job's done the same day.

Do you clear rental properties for landlords and letting agents?
We clear rental properties for landlords, letting agents and managing agents, taking furniture, mattresses, white goods and bagged rubbish left between tenancies, from a single room to a whole flat. We can also clear items dumped in a bin store or on a forecourt. You don't need to be there if the waste is somewhere we can reach and you've told us where it is. Our flat clearance and fly-tipping pages cover those jobs in more detail.
Council tips are run for households rather than businesses, so trade clear-outs need a registered carrier like us. We're an upper tier registered waste carrier, broker and dealer, number CBDU175566, which you can check on the GOV.UK register (external site), and every job comes with a waste transfer note and a receipt for your records. End-of-tenancy clearance: a landlord's guide explains why waste from a vacated let falls under the duty of care.
Can you collect from shops, offices and the flats above them?
We collect from shops, offices and the flats above them, and we can clear the shop floor, the stockroom and the flat upstairs in one load. Bromley's High Street is pedestrianised, and the council's conservation area appraisal (external site) notes that servicing uses rear passages such as Tetty Way. When you send the photo, tell us how the building is reached from the back, so we can plan where the truck stops.
Many shops have a flat above them, and Bromley collects refuse but not recycling from flats above shops (external site). For a full office move or closure, see office clearance. We collect from businesses across Chislehurst, Bromley, Lewisham and the surrounding areas.
Want a price for yours? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the load size and the price.
Can you clear a pub, café or restaurant?
We clear pubs, cafés and restaurants, where clear-outs tend to mix furniture, fittings and cold storage: old tables and chairs, a broken bar stool or two, bottle coolers and display chillers. Commercial fridges are £90 plus VAT each on top of the load, because the refrigerant gases inside mean they're handled separately from other waste. Our fridge disposal page explains the charges.
- Furniture and fittings go on the normal load scale, priced by space.
- Each commercial fridge adds £90 plus VAT.
- A refit with plasterboard, timber and broken tiles can go as one load. See builders' waste for how heavy material is priced.
- We can't take chemicals or hazardous waste, so keep cleaning chemicals out of the pile.
How do one-off and regular collections work, and how do we pay?
Regular collections run on whatever schedule the business asks for, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and one-off collections can be booked whenever you need one, such as after each stage of a refit. Every collection is priced on the space that load takes in the truck, and prices are the same on every day of the week.
Payment is on completion by card, cash, bank transfer or company cheque, or we invoice the business. We don't accept personal cheques. Commercial accounts are also available, subject to credit checks, so allow time for that before the first collection. Every collection comes with a waste transfer note and a receipt. Our guide covers what a waste transfer note must include and how long to keep it. We're CHAS Standard accredited, and we're open 7am to 7pm, seven days a week.

Questions
Commercial waste removal questions
Anything else? Ask us on WhatsApp or give us a call.
Commercial waste is waste produced by a business, such as shop fittings, office furniture, packaging, pub and café furniture, and refit waste from business premises. RLE Waste Clearance collects all of these, priced by the space they take in the truck. Asbestos that has already been removed can be taken too if you tell us about it first, but chemicals, clinical waste and other hazardous waste can't.
Landlord waste is often treated as commercial waste, and Bexley, for example, classes waste from rented properties as commercial. We clear rental properties between tenancies, priced by the load like any other business collection. You don't need to be there if the waste is somewhere we can reach and you've told us where it is.
Commercial waste removal can be invoiced to the business, and regular customers can also set up a commercial account, subject to credit checks, so allow time for that before the first collection. Otherwise, payment is on completion by card, cash, bank transfer or company cheque. Personal cheques aren't accepted, and every job comes with a waste transfer note and a receipt.
A waste transfer note comes with every commercial waste collection from RLE Waste Clearance, along with a receipt, whether it's a one-off clear-out or a weekly pickup. Together they record what was taken and who took it, so keep them with the business's waste records. Landlords and letting agents can put them on the tenancy file.
Removing a commercial fridge, such as a display chiller, bottle cooler or catering fridge, costs £90 plus VAT. With other waste, that charge goes on top of the load, which is priced by the space it takes, from £60 plus VAT for a minimum load. Send a photo and RLE Waste Clearance will confirm the total before the crew comes.
RLE Waste Clearance collects commercial waste weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-off, on whatever schedule the business asks for. Two people load the waste and take it away each time, and each collection is priced by the space it takes in the truck, from £60 plus VAT. Tell us how often you need us when you send a photo of a typical week's waste.
Commercial waste can be collected before you open, after you close or at weekends, as long as it falls within our hours of 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, and weekend collections cost the same as weekdays. Tell us when the premises are closed or quiet when you book, and we'll agree a time that keeps the crew out of your customers' way. You don't need to be there if access and instructions are clear.
A commercial waste carrier's registration can be checked on the GOV.UK register (external site) by name or carrier number. Businesses have a duty of care to pass waste only to a registered carrier. RLE Waste Clearance is a registered upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, CBDU175566, listed on the Environment Agency public register (external site).
